1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mystic Bloom, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Mystic Bloom is a mobile application providing:

• Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly horoscope readings across 6 life categories
• Tarot card readings using a full 78-card deck with original artwork
• Personal birth chart generation
• A token-based system for accessing readings
• Optional Premium subscription for enhanced access

3. Account & Google Sign-In

To use Mystic Bloom, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Mystic Bloom is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Tokens

Tokens are the in-app currency used to access readings and features.

• Free tokens are distributed daily to all users automatically
• Additional tokens may be purchased via Google Play Billing
• Tokens have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable
• Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play policy
• We reserve the right to modify the token system at any time with reasonable notice

5. Premium Subscription

Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription providing enhanced access to all App features.

• Billing is managed exclusively through Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal
• To cancel, visit your Google Play account > Subscriptions > Mystic Bloom
• We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify Premium pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Mystic Bloom, including but not limited to tarot card illustrations, horoscope texts, birth chart designs, logos, and UI elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mystic Bloom and its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any App content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use App content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App's original artwork or content

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Entertainment Disclaimer

• All content is generated for entertainment purposes
• You will not make important life decisions based solely on App content
• Mystic Bloom is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on App readings

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape App content
• Impersonate another user or person
• Interfere with the App's normal operation

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to Mystic Bloom or other users. Upon termination, your access to tokens and Premium features will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mystic Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic Bloom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, tokens, or subscription access.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, where necessary, through the applicable courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
